Animals & Biodiversity
The 35ha at Wuthering Heights provide shelter for many rare and endangered bird and plant species within the heritage-listed 11ha zone, while also welcoming visitors and their four-legged friends.
Nelson and Thollo, the two shy resident alpacas, provide another layer of biodiversity, while feeding time adds more fun for visiting children.

A survey done by Native Vegetation Officers in January, 1994, found the following:

Our resident colony of white-winged choughs has been a source of joy for more than thirty years.
